Thanks to the air conditioning, you will enjoy a pleasant temperature in any season. An ideal place to relax after a day of exploring or working. 🛏️ Two elegant and cozy bedrooms • Primary bedroom A beautiful, spacious bedroom with a 160 × 200 queen-size bed, a dressing room, and cozy decor in warm tones, inviting you to rest and relax. • Second bedroom An equally pleasant bedroom, equipped with a 140 × 200 cm bed, a dressing room and neat decor, perfect for friends, children or a second couple. 🛋️ Sofa bed If you would like to use the sofa bed during your stay, everything you need is at your disposal. You will find the duvet, sheets and pillows in the footrest of the living room, which also serves as a storage chest. 🌿 Accessible terrace From the landing of the apartment, you have access to a pleasant terrace furnished with a table and chairs. A calm and discreet outdoor space, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or sharing a friendly moment at the end of the day. The Jules Grévy parking lot, located about 50 meters away, is also available, with paid spaces in the immediate vicinity.
