(We are listed only on AirBnB) The space This thoughtfully planned 620 sq. ft. 1BHK apartment offers a comfortable balance of space, privacy, and functionality—ideal for small families, couples, solo travelers, or business guests seeking a calm and well-maintained stay. The apartment features one private bedroom designed for restful comfort. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the living room too offers provision to convert the sofa into a single bed as well. The home includes one well-maintained bathroom which is attached with a small balcony where one may use it as a smoking spot. Smoking is barred in the bedroom as smoke detectors are installed. The kitchen is fully functional and suitable for preparing meals during your stay. The space is concised, uncluttered, and professionally maintained, with a strong focus on cleanliness, comfort, and ease of living. Whether you’re visiting for work, leisure, or an extended stay, this apartment provides a peaceful, practical, and welcoming environment where you can settle in comfortably and feel at home Guest access Guests can access the entire portion of the apartment and also the patio upstairs (in between 7.30 am and 9.30 pm for the patio). Other things to note Housekeeping & upkeep: Complimentary light housekeeping is provided for longer stays, to maintain cleanliness and comfort. We kindly request guests to treat the space with care, as the home is thoughtfully curated and well maintained. Cleanliness & linens: We use premium linens and towels for guest comfort. Kindly avoid using towels or bed linens for makeup removal, footwear cleaning, or wiping vermilion/tilak, as these stains are permanent. Tissues are kept in the landing area (corridor) and also can be requested from the host if needed extra—please feel free to ask. Quiet & ambience: Stay Omakase is designed for peaceful, mindful stays. Please keep noise levels low, especially during late evening and night hours, out of respect for the home and neighbours. Guests & visitors: Only registered guests mentioned in the booking are permitted on the premises. The stay is couple-friendly (21+), provided house rules are followed. Location & connectivity: The railway station is approximately under 1.5 kms away, making arrivals and departures easy. The airport is best reached by app-based cabs (Uber/Rapido), with an average travel time of around 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Food & kitchen use: Guests may enjoy outside food; however, we request proper disposal of waste. If kitchen access is provided, please use it mindfully and leave it tidy after use. Strong-smelling cooking inside rooms is discouraged. Entertainment & Connectivity: Enjoy HD & 4K streaming with premuim access to Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube Premium and all JioTV+ channels, paired with lightning-fast fiber internet that provides seamless coverage throughout the stay—including the patio—for smooth streaming, work, and browsing. Utilities & sustainability Kindly switch off lights, air-conditioning, and geysers when not in use. We appreciate responsible use of water and electricity as part of our sustainable hosting approach. Safety & security Please ensure doors and windows are locked when stepping out. The host is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. CCTV, if present, is limited strictly to common or exterior areas only, never inside private guest spaces. Local compliance As per local regulations, valid government ID is required at check-in. International guests may be requested to share passport and visa details. Host support The host is available for assistance, local recommendations, and guidance during reasonable hours. Accessibility: The flat being located on the 2nd Floor does not have a lift . For smooth transfer of luggage help/assistance will be provided.
