Other things to note 🕘 Customer Service Hours: 09:00–21:00 (local time) Messages can be sent anytime, and we will respond as soon as possible 🛎 On-site Assistance (Important) Starting from April 1, the building uses a facial recognition system for access control. ✔ Mid- to long-term stays (around 25 days or longer): We can assist with facial registration and complete the process with the building management. Registered guests can enjoy smooth and convenient access throughout their stay. ✔ Mid-term stays (around 2 weeks): Only 1 guest can be registered. ✔ Shorter stays (less than around 14 days): Facial registration is not available. We will provide access coordination, and normal entry and exit will not be affected. 🕘 Building Office Hours: 09:00–19:00 (for registration and related procedures) If registration is required, we recommend completing it during these hours. Requests outside this period may need to be handled the next day. 🌙 This unit is more suitable for guests planning mid- to long-term stays or with a stable daily routine.
