Here, everything is done to make you feel at home, whether you're on vacation, passing through, or here for work. The accommodation was refurbished in January 2026, with new quality bedding and all amenities also new. Whether the weather is nice or it's raining, there is always something to do: board games, reading, the hot tub (from May to late September), sunbathing and relaxing. Quiet, peaceful village that lives by the water. You can enjoy beautiful barbecue evenings in the summer and good raclette or pancake parties in the winter. All the equipment is at your disposal. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, from the bedrooms to the living-dining room and the kitchen, so you always have the temperature that suits you. You will find 2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. The beds are made upon your arrival. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided at no extra charge! Just bring your towels for the hot tub. Your four-legged friends are welcome (also at no extra cost) as long as they are housebroken and non-destructive. Just let us know when booking so that I can prepare a cozy basket, toys and bowls ready for their arrival. On request, I can provide you (at no extra cost) with a crib, a baby bath, and a high chair. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to ask us. Activities: Many possible walks along the Loire, canal, forest, vineyards, visits to the cellars of Pouilly, Sancerre, Menetou Salon... charming villages, many chateaux, rides on traditional boats on the river with a tasting of charcuterie, wine and Crottin de Chavignol, canoeing, tree climbing, go-karting, mini quads, paintball, amusement park for children, indoor go-karting... We're here to help if you need anything, so don't hesitate. Guest access Entirely available to you. I personally welcome you whenever I can, otherwise a key box is at your disposal. When I give you the keys in person, let me know 30 minutes before you arrive. We adapt the accommodation to each guest, don't hesitate to let us know if you are coming with children, give us their age, tell me if you need a baby bed, highchair, baby bath, toilet pot and if you are coming with your dog I provide a comfortable basket, bowls and toys. Other things to note Free parking right in front of the house, very quiet village where life is good, 900 km of bike paths along the Loire that pass right by the property. Bring your own towels for the hot tub (we only provide bath towels).
