Three bedroom cottage with large garden located in a beautiful hamlet just outside Cattistock, West Dorset. Come and stay and discover the highlights of the peaceful countryside to the north of the stunning Jurassic coastline. You'll be within walking distance of the wonderful Fox & Hounds pub, on the doorstep of fantastic walks, and the amenities of nearby Maiden Newton, which has a train station, garage and a charming village shop. The space BOOTROOM - Enter the house through this large and versatile room. - Fridge Freezer - Microwave - Washing Machine - Miele Tumble Dryer KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay - Bosch Dishwasher - De Dietrich Oven - Under-counter Fridge - Tassimo Coffee Machine and various other coffee makers DINING ROOM - The table extends from a 6 to an 8 person if you have guests. There is a comfortable chair in the corner. All knives and forks are in the sideboard drawer. The log burner keeps this main room of the house lovely and warm. SITTING ROOM - Relax in comfort with two comfortable sofas, a Samsung TV and a log burning fire. KING BEDROOM - with ensuite shower, loo and sink. A very comfortable kingsize brass bed in this large main bedroom overlooking the garden and getting lots of evening sunshine. Small desk and stool. Extra blankets, hairdryer, travel cot. DOUBLE BEDROOM - This room is longer and has a lovely view over the garden. Hairdryer and extra blankets SINGLE BEDROOM - This cosy child's bedroom is between the two doubles. BATHROOM - The family bathroom on the landing has a bath, loo and sink. FRONT TERRACE - Outdoor table, chairs, umbrella, Weber BBQ, and loungers. Guest access Guests have free roam in the whole garden, apart from the garage, and throughout the house apart from one locked area at the back that is used to service the house. There is a lovely terrace in front of the house, with outdoor furniture, and a BBQ. The parking area at the back can fit two cars easily and there is more parking on the road. Other things to note Dog owners are very welcome but I'd like to note the garden is not fully dog proof so this is at your own risk. Please do use bags to clear up after your dog at the end of your stay to leave it in the condition you found it. Many thanks.
