Welcome to our charming vacation home in Epfenbach. Your perfect starting point for unforgettable trips to the picturesque Kraichgau, the historic city of Heidelberg, the idyllic Odenwald and many other destinations. Our cottage The lovingly furnished house offers two separate, almost identical, residential units – ideal for families or friends. Each apartment is designed for up to 4 people and convinces with comfort and coziness. The space The apartment on the upper floor has: * a bedroom with a large box spring bed (width 2 m) with a high-quality mattress * another sleeping option in the form of a sofa bed for 2 people * a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle * a bar table with cozy stools right in the kitchen. * a modernly equipped bathroom with a flat shower tray and rain shower, vanity unit and toilet * a cozy living-dining area * a cozy couch and a 50-inch flat-screen TV * Fast Wi-Fi and Disney+ (TV) Extra beds (one-time €10) and high chairs are available on request for our very young guests. Outdoor area The apartment has a small covered balcony We also have something for the smallest guests outside. In a large sandbox as well as in a trampoline you can spend time wonderfully. There is also a wide choice of vehicles and children's play equipment. Comforts & Extras Just a one-minute walk away: butcher and bakery – perfect for breakfast or lunch. A kebab fast food restaurant and a pizzeria, both in the immediate vicinity, complete the gastronomic offer. Coming soon: possibility to safely and dryly store bicycles, strollers and other outdoor equipment. Guest access Free parking is available right next to the house on the property. The cottage has its own entrance. Other things to note No pets are allowed on the premises Smoking is also not permitted in the apartment. Be careful. Parties or other events are not allowed.
