The apartment is designed in a warm, rustic style with a special gallery floor, a high wooden ceiling, and two private balconies with a breathtaking view of the Gilboa Mountains, the Gilad, and Emek HaMa'ayanot. We would love to host you in a luxurious double bedroom, a special accommodation on the gallery floor, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and two balconies perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing sunset accompanied by birdsong ❤️ The space 🏡 The Green House apartment is bright, spacious, and air-conditioned, in a rear location, overlooking the landscape of the Gilboa and Gilead mountains. The apartment is located in an extension of Kibbutz Sde Nahum in Emek Hama'ayanot and includes: 🖥 Spacious living room with cable TV. 🍽 A fully equipped kitchen suitable for heating, cooling, and cooking on an electric stove. ☕️ Dining area that opens for 6 diners. 🛏 A bedroom for a couple with an exit to a balcony overlooking the Gilboa and the kibbutz, including bedding, linens, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. There is an option to add a baby cot without bedding. 🛏 An open and bright gallery floor with 2 single beds. For each bed, there is the option to add another pull-out bed of the same height. Parquet floor, a window facing the view of the Gilboa, and a large window facing the kibbutz and the surrounding areas. 🚿 Spacious bathroom and toilet, including 2 towels per guest, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. ⛰️ A covered sun balcony at the entrance to the apartment overlooking the ridge of the Gilboa Mountains, the Ma'ayanot Valley, and the Gilead Mountains. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator, and on the way to it, you pass a path next to which is a small orchard of fruit trees. Wi-Fi and free parking. Guest access After parking, enter on the left side of the house onto a lighted path next to a small orchard with fruit trees 🌳 leading to the apartment, at the end of which you go up one floor of stairs (no elevator) to the covered balcony where the entrance to the apartment is. The small garden between the fruit trees next to the stairs is available for guests. Other things to note The bedroom has a luxurious double bed 160/190 cm, a closet, hangers, and two personal sinks. The room is lockable and completely dark. From the room there is an exit to a wide balcony overlooking the Gilboa Mountains. The room on the gallery floor has 2 single beds. Each bed has an extra bed that opens to the same height. The room is open, no door, with direct access to the stairs. During the day, the gallery room cannot be completely darkened. Next to each bed there is a personal dresser, a switch for a personal lamp, a switch for a main lamp, and electrical outlets. The blinds in the apartment are electric. The apartment is bright and at this time not all the windows can be obscured. In the kitchen you have an electric stove and cooking utensils such as pots, frying pan, wok, cutlery, plates, bowls, hot and cold drinking cups. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle with option to save hot water on Saturday, Nespresso machine, coffee of several types, tea, sugar. The apartment has three air conditioners - in the living room, bedroom, and gallery. In each air conditioner you can select heating or cooling as needed. A baby crib can be attached upon request in advance. The bed comes without bedding/blanket. The apartment is not suitable for babies. The kibbutz has a supermarket, a playground for children, a volleyball and basketball court, a synagogue that is active on Fridays and holiday eves in the evening and on Saturdays and holidays in the morning. The Kibbutz pool is private and cannot be accessed. In Emek HaMa'ayanot and the surrounding area, there are plenty of places for recreation and excursions for the whole family, including national parks, nature reserves, national parks, springs and streams that can be used for swimming, paved and unpaved bike paths, sites, viewpoints, observation towers, and more. You can also find restaurants, cafes, coffee carts, a theater, pubs, a cinema, a water park, an Australian park, and more.
