Access is directly from the street, and not from the condominium landing. The building has a concierge service. The entrance opens to a generous living area, consisting of a new and fully equipped kitchenette with induction hood, hood, refrigerator, freezer, oven and coffee maker. The dining and living area is furnished with a dining table for 6 people, a double sofa bed and a living room with TV. The bathroom, comfortable and functional, is preceded by an anti-bathroom with cabinets and is equipped with a large shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The sleeping area, located on the upper floor, houses a large and comfortable double bed with a dresser and a countertop. Domestic hot water is provided by a state-of-the-art Ariston boiler. The heating is condominium; in the bathroom there is also an electric heater.
