Welcome to the Ausar barn, a renovated 120 m² barn combining charm and comfort, accommodating up to 13 people in the heart of the Hautes-Pyrénées. Located in Bareilles, next to Arreau and its shops, it is ideal for enjoying the mountains all year round: hiking, mountain biking, skiing (20 minutes away) and nature. Large living room with pellet stove, 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine, terrace, family amenities, stream 30 m away and playground 2 min away. Perfect for stays with family and friends! The space Check-in and check-out are handled by our concierge service. In case of late arrivals, a key box is available. Bed and bath linens are not included in the accommodation but are offered by our concierge service at a cost of €20/person/stay. Pets are allowed for a fee of €20/stay. Guest access The barn is located in the heart of the hamlet. There is no parking space on site, but you can easily park in the surrounding alleys or in the parking lot in front of the City, just a 200-meter walk away. It is quite possible to stop in front of the house while you unload your belongings before going to park. Other things to note Canal + and Netflix available and installed on the connected TV.
