Completely detached from the main house and surrounded by peaceful farmland, it offers excellent privacy, space, and a welcoming home-away-from-home experience for family, friends, and your four-legged companions. The space Bright & Airy Living: An open-plan living area flooded with natural light, featuring French doors that open directly onto your private patio. Comfortable Bedrooms: Features two beautifully appointed bedrooms—one with a luxury King-size bed, and a second versatile bedroom with a Queen-size bed (which can be unzipped into two single beds upon request). Modern Amenities: Includes a contemporary shower room and a kitchen area perfect for cooking home meals. Outdoor Living: Guests are warmly invited to use and enjoy the garden and patio area—perfect for an outdoor breakfast, a morning coffee, or letting your dogs stretch their legs. Guest access 🌳 Outdoor Spaces & Local Context Welcome to the Garden: You are more than welcome to use and enjoy the garden and patio area during your stay! Whether you want to relax with a morning coffee or let your dogs stretch their legs, please make yourselves at home outdoors. The cushions for the seating are in a waterproof box just outside the main bedroom glass door. Quiet Hours: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbours. Other things to note While the Barn itself is set back from the road, it does sit just off Newport Road, which is one of the main arterial routes connecting the different sides of the island. Because of this, please be aware that you will hear some passing traffic noise when you are sitting outside in the garden. The Isle of Wight is incredibly popular for outdoor tourism, cycling events, walking festivals, and coastal regattas, meaning this main road is frequently used by people exploring the island—especially during the warmer peak holiday seasons and weekends. Inside the Barn, the building is well-insulated to keep things quiet and peaceful, but we always prefer to let our guests know what to expect outdoors so there are no surprises! We have a strict no-smoking policy. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside with the French doors closed. Please dispose of cigarettes sensibly & not in the garden or patio.
