This is a small rural town where services can sometimes be limited. As a result we request you please bring your own linen for your stay. The paddock beyond the immediate fence line is available for use, however will not always be as maintained as the main house area. We request you please keep the pool table cover on when not in use to avoid any damage. There is currently a tenant located in the small granny flat at the front of the property.
