We are located in Block-D, Aerocity, Mohali, a premium and peaceful residential neighbourhood. • LOCATE US For the exact location, simply search “Stonehaven Homestay Mohali” on Google. • KIND OF ACCOMMODATION? Stonehaven is not a flat or apartment. It is a private, comfortable Guest Room on the Ground Floor of a spacious 500 sq. yd. family bungalow, with a separate entrance and direct opening onto a lush green deck. • MAJOR DISTANCES? • Mohali Airport – approx. 5 km • CP67 Mall – approx. 4 km • Amity University – approx. 2 km • IISER Mohali & ISB – approx. 2 km • Haldiram’s, Domino’s, McDonald’s & KFC – approx. 2 km • PRIVACY ? We host only one guest group at a time, and there is only one Guest Bedroom on the Ground Floor. Guests have their own separate entrance, and during the night the entire Ground Floor is exclusively yours. • OWNERS STAY THERE ? Yes. The hosts live on the upper floors of the bungalow but your accommodation remains separate and private. • NOTE Apart from your private Guest Room, the Ground Floor has the family's Library and Home Office, which are used only occasionally during the day. • ARE COUPLES WELCOME? Yes with IDs. We warmly welcome respectful couples and guests of all backgrounds. • ANY TIME RESTRICTION? No. There are no time restrictions. Guests have a separate entrance. • CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME? Check-in: Anytime after 1:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM If you have a special arrival or departure requirement, please feel free to discuss it with us in advance. • IDs & PROXY BOOKINGS Valid Government IDs of both Guests are a must for Check-in. Only guests who book are allowed to stay. We don’t allow proxy bookings. • IS THERE A KITCHEN? Not a full cooking kitchen but we have Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric kettle for Tea/Coffee, Electric cooking pot for Maggi etc., Basic cutlery and essentials plus RO drinking water. This arrangement allows us to keep the space clean, safe and fresh, while still giving guests everything they need for tea, coffee, reheating and simple food preparation. • FOOD OPTIONS? You will never be short of food options. A home-style tiffin service from a local cloud kitchen can provide all three meals. In addition, Swiggy, Zomato and Blinkit deliver to the property, including late at night. For quick dining, Haldiram’s, Domino’s, KFC and McDonald’s are only a few minutes away, while CP67 Mall is around a 6–8 minute drive. • OTHER AMENITIES ? There is ample parking available directly in front of the house, making it convenient for guests travelling by car. • SAFETY? Stonehaven is situated in a peaceful, high-end residential neighbourhood. For additional security, the exterior of the house and common areas are covered by CCTV cameras. Guest rooms and private areas are not under surveillance. • POWER BACKUP Power outages are rare. However, in the unlikely event of an outage, backup power is available for lights, fans, Wi-Fi and device charging. Air-conditioning is not covered by the backup system. • HOUSE RULES? • No parties or events • No outside visitors • No smoking • No pets • WHY GUESTS CHOOSE STONEHAVEN? Private. Peaceful. Other things to note Please note that we've not kept a TV in the room as there is already too much of digital noise in our life. There are books instead.
