In the heart of the Saint-Malo golf course, in a quiet, green setting, we offer 3 renovated cottages in a soothing atmosphere. You can enjoy the terrace with garden facing south. Thanks to this location in the heart of romantic Brittany, you will be close to tourist sites: Mont-Saint-Michel, Cancale, Saint-Malo, the medieval town of Dinan, Combourg, Dol de Bretagne, the Mesnil forest, the Mirlou pond, zoo etc. The space Close to all the tourist spots in the region, we have recently renovated and equipped our cottages to make them as warm and welcoming as possible. We hope that they will be ideal for you to rest, discover and enjoy the magnificent surroundings in which we are. Accommodations from 56 to 62 m² include: - 1 living room with sofa lounge, coffee table, TV - 1 open kitchen with large fridge, freezer, 4 electric hobs, oven, microwave, complete cuttlery and utensils, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster .... - 1 bedroom : 160 cms - 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and sink - 1 independent toilets - 1 south-facing garden terrace - 1 private parking next to the accommodation Options: Bed linen and towels are not provided (rental possible - bed linen € 10 per person - towels € 5 per person) Animals are not accepted . cleaning option is estimated according to needs. (minimum 40 €) Electricity is payable on the first kilowatt, according to meter reading, regardless to the rental period. All the other charges are included. Access to Combourg, Miniac Morvan and Dol shops less than 10 minutes away. Guest access The cottages are located in the golf course away from the road. You have an assigned and easy to access parking space. We will be your neighbors during your stay with us, which is very practical to help you, you can ask us for any request and for any advice.
