Our cozy apartment is just 200 meters from the surfing beach of the Steinhuder Meer – ideal for small and large adventurers 🏖️ Children and dogs are very welcome and can feel completely comfortable. 🚆 Arrive completely relaxed From Neustadt am Rübenberge station you can easily reach us with the flexible shuttle "Sprinti" – after a short booking almost to the door, completely relaxed and also without a car. The space 🛏️ Bedroom: A small nest on two levels 1x futon bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), above it is a bunk bed 90 x 190 cm with side stairs and a secure railing. 🛋️ Living room with sofa bed The living area with cozy sofa bed and plenty of daylight. Large windows, decorative plants and an open bookshelf create a warm, inviting atmosphere – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. 👉 Recommendation: max. 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child -> more on request 🛁 Modern bathroom with shower 🍳 Fully-equipped kitchen: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer & coffee maker 🌿 Private terrace with garden furniture, beach chair and direct connection to the kitchen 🚗 1 parking space right by the house Please note that there is only one parking space available per vacation rental. Additional cars will have to be parked in the paid Weißer Berg parking lot (P10, about 150 meters away) or the free Badestraße parking lot (P9, 400 meters away). Of course, loading and unloading is no problem. 🐾 Pets on request. (Maximum 2 dogs, more on request) Guest access For flexible arrival and departure, a practical key box is at your disposal, so you can check in independently at any time. You can safely store your bikes and protect them from the weather – ideal if you want to actively explore the surroundings. This way you can enjoy maximum freedom and comfort during your stay. Other things to note The property is ideal for families: Steinhuder Meer with beach, playgrounds and pedal boats is within easy reach. Likewise, the dinosaur park Münchehagen – a real highlight for children. Hannover with zoo and Herrenhausen gardens can also be easily reached by train. Nature, excursions and recreation are right outside the door.
