The white farmhouse has two bedrooms, a large living room, a cozy kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Pengfors is a lively little village 5 km from Vännäs and 35 km from Umeå. The space The courtyard house is 85 sqm and has a spacious floor plan. Hallway with clothes hangers and shoe rack. Bedroom 1 has a 180 cm wide double bed and 3 built-in wardrobes for clothing storage. Bedroom 2 has a 160 cm wide double bed and 2 built-in wardrobes for clothes storage. The living room has large windows in two directions overlooking meadow and forest. There is a sofa, coffee table, TV and sideboard. There is also an exit to the house's terrace. Balcony with roof, furnished with table and chairs In the kitchen there is a fridge & freezer, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Equipped with kitchen utensils for easier cooking. Furnished with a kitchen table, 4 chairs and a kitchen sofa. Pets are not allowed. Guest access You are welcome to use the first floor of the house and the associated patio and lawn closest to the house. The attic is unfurnished and the basement is used for storage, so you are the only guests in the house. The other buildings and stables in the yard are private. You can look at the horses, but otherwise they want to be left alone. Other things to note There are animals on the farm, but the farmhouse is allergy-friendly; no animals stay there. Sheets, towels and a certain amount of coffee are included. In Vännäs, there is a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, health center and a small selection of shops.
