The space The cottage offers 190 m² of cozy space with 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning insert, 2 modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and 2 separate toilets It operates with self-sufficient energy (photovoltaic panels, filtered and treated spring water). The estate of the property offers you 6 hectares of meadows and forests. No neighbors visible on the horizon except 2 horses and cows! Absolute quiet guaranteed. On-site you have: - Inside: A fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven and gas stove, fridge and freezer, Beertender beer tap... 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, sink, towel rail, body wash and shampoo 2 separate WCs. You are close to the Dessoubre (5 min by car) and Doubs rivers, and in the heart of the Dessoubre Valley, which is preserved and classified as a Natura 2000 site. No pets allowed.
