Stone house on 5000 m2 of land, located in the countryside, at the foot of the Vercors, a very quiet place. The space Character stone house in the countryside with beautiful grounds and terrace, ideal for staying cool on hot days. I have three cats that live their quiet little life outside and only come to eat and request some petting. However, you may also not see them either, they are rather shy in nature when they don't know, but absolutely not bad. I'll give you their little names if they ever point out a bit of mustache: Choup's (black and white) and her sister Choupa (white and brown stain) and the little one. I also have a very small dog who is called Rosa but who will of course stay with me. Guest access Hello, this accommodation offers 4 bedrooms all composed of a bathroom. Three of them are located upstairs, where there is also a mezzanine space with an office area. A fully equipped kitchen is also available, with opening to a terrace of generous proportions, as well as the garden area located in front of the latter which you can have at your ease. Your host, Patrick. Other things to note Many walks surround the house, to be done on foot or on horseback (the Domaine équestre des Pialoux is not far away; 5 minutes). About the 20th of minutes away, it is also possible to go for a refresh by the river Drôme, or for an adventure with family or friends, a short canoe trip. Also, on Saturday mornings, the market offered by the town of Crest (15 minutes) will gladly satisfy your taste buds, or the Terrail Farm located 5 minutes from the house offering a multitude of organic products and seasons, you can go there with your eyes closed. A few small details about the accommodation: - Maintain the minimum noise level after 10:30 pm (no loud music). - Remove shoes to limit sound on the flooring - Avoid slamming doors. - Prevent objects from falling on the floor (bag, ball, toys...) and limit the scraping of chairs and other furniture on the parquet floor which is fragile. Cleaning: A vacuum cleaner is available for the maintenance of the accommodation during your stay. As well as a few household products (maintenance worktop, toilet, etc.).
