Stone house on 5000 m2 of land, located in the countryside, at the foot of the Vercors, a very quiet place. The space Stone house with character in the countryside with a beautiful plot and a beautiful terrace, ideal for staying cool on hot days. I have three cats who live their quiet little lives outside and only come to eat and ask for a few pets. However, you may not see them either, they are rather shy when they don't know you, but absolutely not mean. I'll give you their little names if they ever show up: Choup's (black and white) and her sister Choupa (white and brown spotted) and the little one Bouboule. I also have a very small dog named Rosa, but she will of course stay with me. Guest access Hello, this accommodation offers 4 bedrooms all composed of a bathroom. Three of them are located upstairs, where there is also a mezzanine area with a desk area. Other things to note Many walks surround the house, to be done on foot or on horseback (the Domaine équestre des Pialoux is not far away; 5 minutes). About 20 minutes away, it is also possible to cool off on the banks of the Drôme, or for an adventure with family or friends, a little canoe trip. Also, on Saturday mornings, the market offered by the city of Crest (15 minutes) will cheerfully satisfy your taste buds, or the Terrail Farm located 5 minutes from the house offering a multitude of organic and seasonal products, you can go there without so much as a second thought. A few details about the accommodation: - Maintain the minimum noise level after 10:30 p.m. (no loud music). - Take off shoes to limit impact of sound on the flooring - Avoid slamming doors. - Prevent objects from falling on the floor (bag, ball, toys...) and limit the movement of chairs and other furniture on the floor, which is fragile. Housekeeping: A vacuum cleaner is available for the maintenance of the accommodation during your stay. As well as some household products (worktop maintenance, toilet, etc.).
