This holiday house has an amazing sea view and is less than 60m from the beach. The house has a big garden, completely walled in, parking for 3 cars and a big under covered area for a boat. Each bedroom is decorated in its own nautical theme with a comfortable king or queen size bed, white 200 thread count percale linen, fluffy cushions, big duvets, scatter cushions, white wooden furniture, bath towels and a ceiling fan. The modern kitchen has a kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, two fridges, deep freezer, plates, dishes, glasses, cups cutlery, pots, pans, utensils, dishcloths and cleaning material. The dinning room table is a white wooden 6 seater table. The lounge has 2 very long leather couches, coffee table, internet, netflix, fibre wifi and a big fireplace. The kitchen, dinning room and lounge are open plan and leads onto a big patio. The patio has a table, chairs, outdoor couches, braai, and shaded/sunny area. The house has a modern alarm system and 3 security cameras on the outside of the house. The garden is big with lots of space for the kids and dogs to play. Kestrels View has solar power and a back up battery so there is no load shedding. **Unfortunately we can not accept a booking without a previous Airbnb host review. Guest access The guests can use the whole house and garden. Unfortunately the garage is private and can not be used. Other things to note - There are 2 flights of stairs in the house and a patio with railings. - The height of the patio railing is 90cm and the width between each railing bar is 22cm. - There is a wooden hand railing on the staircase and the width between each wooden slat on the railing is 20cm. - Parents need to supervise their children in these areas at all times as we will not be held responsible for them during their stay. - Please bring your own cell phone plug with. - Please bring your own beach towels, beach and dog beds. We will supply the dog bowls. - Under the fireplace you will find two baskets of toys for the doggies to play with. - When you leave please pop them back into the baskets so that our next guests can use them. Pet policy. - Only house trained pets will be accepted. To ensure that you and our future guests enjoy their stay please make sure that your pet is clean and do not have any ticks or fleas. Pets are strictly not allowed on the beds or furniture. On departure please pick up your dog's poop, put it in a plastic bag-tie a knot and place it in the outside bin. - Unfortunately we can not accept a booking without a previous Airbnb host review. Check in dates that fall on a Sunday or any other public holiday day will have an additional cleaning fee of R400 on top of the normal cleaning fee.
