Room in a cottage

Staying in this rustic gem will give you new energy. Guest access It is a village house where used to live my grand-grandparents with all kind of animals. I rent out one room (on the photo) with a fireplace, also bathroom and inner toilet. There is no central heating so it is up to you to make fire in a room and also in the bathroom, you can take a bath after the room is heat up as a reward. You can use inner courtyard, all gardens. The village consists approximately of 13 houses. In the winter there is only few of permanent inhabitants, lets say max around 20 persons. You can walk around, go to forest, around the pond. There is railway station 2,5 km - nice hike there. From there you can go by train to nearest city Pelhřimov, or bigger city Jihlava. Also there is connection to Prague with one train vhange in Tábor, it takes less than 3 hrs to go to Prague. Other things to note Hi, I inherited this place from my ancestors. I want to open it to people who seeks some solitude for some time. Thats why I offer it to 1 person only. There is plenty of wood, so it is up to you to take care of your fireplace. Usually it is very calm and quiet village.
