Utility redundancy has been built into this home providing solar power and a backup generator system ensure your stay is uninterrupted and comfortable throughout. Gas grills are also located at the main house and at casita. There is also a beautiful swimming pool and spa jet tub adjacent to the sunroom with the ocean view and Las Croabas village below. The deck provides comfortable seating, a picnic table, chaise lounge chairs. The sunroom provides two comfortable sofas, and a marble table with four chairs where you can play table games, eat, or just relax with family and friends. The detached casita also has a wonderful wooden deck with bench seating providing beautiful views. This property also has a grand decorative driveway providing ample secure parking inside the fences.
