Kitchen/Dining Room: Modern and fully integrated with an induction hob, oven, large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a slow cooker. Includes a dining table for four and French doors leading to the patio. Bedroom 1: A bright double bedroom with bedside tables, a dedicated dressing table, a walk-in wardrobe, and charming views to the front. Bedroom 2: A comfortable double bedroom featuring ample fitted wardrobes and peaceful views over the rear of the property. Shower Room: A modern suite with a large mains-plumbed walk-in shower, washbasin with electric shaver point, heated towel rail, and a toilet. Outside Space: An enclosed, wrap-around paved patio with traditional stone walls and outdoor garden furniture.
