This Beachfront property consists of TWO individually furnished apartments (duplex) each unit has two bedrooms, one bathroom on over (1) acre directly on the BEACH! Relax in one of the hammocks and rejuvenate while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean and breathe in the fresh salt water air. Your group will fall in love with the privacy, serenity and peacefulness that our property offers. We are located on the Anasco Bay. Our Beach is swimmable and you can workout or walk for miles The space You can either rent the two lower apartments or the upstairs/ downstairs Villa that are on the left side with Beach views from the balcony. Our property offers some of the most stunning Sunrises and Sunsets on the West Coast of Puerto Rico right on Anasco Bay, on Tres Hermanos Beach. (We are 5 miles from Rincon) Completely Gated 1 acre private property fully enclosed with well maintained lush landscaping. (1) The new air conditioners can cool down the entire apartment. (once you close all windows it will cool down in 20 minutes) (2) At check-in you will receive a key to the back gate which will give you direct access to the Beach. (3) You will receive a front gate remote for your car to access the property as we are completely gated/ fenced in property. (4) We provide a free Wifi connection through Liberty. (We feel they offer the most reliable service and fastest speed in PR) Our current speed is 250 MBPS and we can upgrade to 500 MBPS if you are looking to work remotely for a longer stay. Our beautiful apartments are located right on the calm waters of Anasco Bay and can accommodate up to four (4) people in each apartment. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children in each apartment. Each apartment is equipped with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has one Queen bed. The second bedroom has either twin bunk beds, full bunk beds or individual twin beds. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for great meal preparations with stainless steel appliances. The living room area has a futon sofa, television with Roku so you can watch Sling, Netflix, YouTube etc. Free Wi-Fi. Every apartment has new linens and towels. Laundry available for long term stays. New Air conditioning as well as several ceiling fans throughout. Kids favorite time is roasting marshmallows at the fire-pit. Included at the property is volleyball, badminton, and kayaks. Take long walks on the beach and enjoy the following activities & Beach Toys: fishing, swimming, 2 kayaks, several boogie boards, noodles and beach chairs. Start collecting sea-shells or just lay in one of the many hammocks, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Enjoy your favorite meal and drink along with music under the newly constructed Gazebo 20x30 designed for group gatherings. Professional catered meals are available upon request for a reasonable price. The gazebo has lights for night time use and 2 high speed commercial ceiling fans for your comfort. We also have 4 long tables and 16 chairs under the gazebo for your dining needs. Pet information- we allow up to 2 dogs per stay under 50 pounds. There is a fee. You need to complete the pet request at the time of inquiry with pet breed, weight and information. We are pet friendly but your dogs need to be documented with Airbnb at the time of the booking and not after the fact per Airbnb rules. We installed brand new air conditioners in every apartment. We will ensure the cleaning and disinfecting of the air filters before every guest arrives which will help to recycle fresh clean air. 2. We laundry all towels, sheets, pillow cases, pillow shams and every quilt is washed and dried on high heat before every guests arrives. 3. We wipe down and clean every area of the unit with Lysol, Kaboom, Clorox and Fabuloso. 4. We offer BBQ grills to cook outside. 5. Our property has a new 20x30 Gazebo exclusively for your family’s use. 6. Every apartment has its own private entrance and balcony. 7. The front gate is electric and you will receive your own remote. 8. Every apartment is supplied with the following: sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bamboo pillows, new bed quilts, dishes, glasses, utensils , pots, pans, cooking utensils, Dawn soap, Protex antibacterial hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, mop, broom and fabuloso. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster all stainless steel appliances. Finally, unexpected Pets and unexpected Guests will be a violation of your booking agreement and grounds for Airbnb to cancel the booking upon arrival. All pets need to be notated on the Airbnb inquiry page per Airbnb and you pets will need final approval before we accept your booking.
