We rent out our lovingly maintained and fully equipped vacation home Irmi near the medieval castle town of Friesach in Carinthia. The house is quietly located in a secluded location, not far from our organic farm - perfect for those who are looking for relaxation in nature and at the same time want to discover the region. The space On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking: stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and freezer. Right next door is the cozy living room, from which you can access the sunny conservatory through the balcony door. The living room offers a rustic seating area and a pull-out sofa on which one person can sleep if necessary. A TV is also available. Next, you will find a bedroom with 2 beds and a large wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a sink, shower and washing machine. In addition, there is a separate toilet with its own sink. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with double beds and large closets – both rooms have access to the balcony. One of the bedrooms also has a sofa. There is also a small, cozy guest room with a single bed. The upper floor also offers a spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the bathrooms, the underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth, and the wooden floors in the living rooms create a cozy living feeling. The house is heated with a wood chip central heating system – the wood comes directly from our own forest. The house also has a beautiful garden, which offers plenty of space for children to play and at the same time invites you to relax outdoors. The medieval castle town of Friesach with its inns, cafés, grocery stores, pharmacy, doctors and a hospital is only 4 km away. In Friesach there is also a train station. If you travel by car, you can conveniently use a garage space with us. Our region has a lot to offer in all seasons. In summer you can explore nature while hiking, cycling, swimming or mushroom picking – and experience much more. In winter, the mountains transform the surroundings into a paradise for skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, ice skating and many other activities.
