The space 🌊 View: Located on the 10th floor, offering full privacy and panoramic sea views through large windows — the defining feature of the studio. 🛏 Sleeping Area: Comfortable queen-size bed placed next to the sea-facing windows, with quality linens and A/C for cooling and heating. 🚗 Parking: Free underground parking with no limitations — guests may park freely throughout their stay. 🍳 Kitchenette: Open kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, hot water kettle, washing machine, and wine glasses — ideal for short or extended stays. 🛋 Living Area: Cozy seating area with a Smart TV for streaming and entertainment, plus high-speed WiFi throughout the studio. 🍽 Dining Area: Bar-style table suitable for dining, coffee breaks, or light remote work. 🚿 Bathroom: One full bathroom with shower and essential toiletries. 🏢 Elevator: Available in the building for convenient access to the high floor.
