The space The spacious 105 m² house on 2 floors offers a fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, electric stove, fridge without freezer, dishcloths, cleaning supplies, etc. 2 covered, free parking spaces to protect the vehicle from wind and weather. Covered entrance area and open-plan living area on the ground floor with an entrance hall, kitchen, dining area and living room with a wood-burning stove, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. There is also a pantry, a toilet and a utility room with a washing machine. A covered terrace with seating for dining, a porch swing, a parasol, an awning and direct access to the garden with loungers and a barbecue invites you to relax outdoors. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. One bedroom has a box-spring bed measuring approx. 190 x 200 cm, another has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, and there is a single room with a box-spring bed with a lying surface measuring 100 x 200 cm. The infrared cabin is also located in the single room. 2 bicycles can be rented (1 women's bike with 3 gears and a city bike with 18 gears). Underfloor heating provides warmth throughout the house. Additional woollen blankets are available in the rooms if required. A small, collapsible baby travel cot measuring approx. 60 x 120 cm can be prepared on request. Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. Please only smoke outdoors. Guest access The entire property is for your exclusive use.
