Spacious, luxurious house on our quiet property with private garden, fireplace and views of the meadows, the horses and Fort Uitermeer. Personal welcome, lots of privacy, and your dog is welcome. Perfect for couples who are looking for nature and tranquility and yet want to stay close to Amsterdam/Weesp. The space There is a spacious, stylish living room with a fireplace, two large sofas and a recliner. The living room flows into a spacious open kitchen and a large dining and work table. Through the French doors, you enter the garden, where you can eat under a large awning and look out over the surrounding meadows and a fortress. The garden is private and fenced, so your dog can roam freely here. Upstairs you will find a luxurious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; the tub and rain shower provide extra comfort. Note: The stairs upstairs are shared with guests of the Studio (Studio The Riders Lounge), which is also located on the first floor. In practice, you rarely run into each other. Guest access You can park the car in front of the apartment door. You will receive a code for the electronic lock on the entrance door. At the end of the hallway, you will find the private toilet and the door to the apartment. Then, at the top of the (shared) stairs on the left, is the bedroom with bathroom. The private garden is adjacent to the living room. The garden is fenced off so your dog can run around there freely. Other things to note Dogs must be on a leash on the property; they are allowed off-leash in the enclosed private garden. The horses must not be fed. Parties and celebrations are not allowed; for special occasions, we will discuss it. Be considerate of other guests in the building; quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. Drugs are not allowed.
