Other things to note Guest Booking/ Cancellation Policy: •The guest whose ID is used for the booking must be one of guests staying at the property. • Unmarried couples not allowed unless the booking is for 2 days or more . • 🔒The house follows a night return timing which is 10:30 pm for safety and security reasons of the guest as well as of the residential bungalow. Guests are expected to be mindful of this requirement before booking. Kindly do not bargain for change of timings after booking the property • 2-wheeler parking is available free of cost within the premises. For 4-wheelers, one can park on the road outside. • We also continue to honour the most flexible cancellation policy available to us on the platform. However, in cases where a reservation is not cancelled within the applicable cancellation window, any refund would remain subject to the cancellation terms applicable to that booking. We believe this is a fair and transparent approach for both guests and hosts. Visitor Policy: Visitor Policy (Strictly Enforced) • No visitors are allowed unless prior approval is taken from the host before arrival. • Overnight visitors are strictly prohibited. Approved visitors cannot stay past visiting hours or overnight under any circumstances. • All approved visitors must submit a valid government-issued ID before entering the property. • Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Visitors cannot be left alone inside the property for any duration. • The purpose of allowing a visitor is only to meet the registered guest. Leaving a visitor inside the property while the guest exits the premises is not permitted. • Any violation of the visitor policy may result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund, additional charges, and/or reporting to Airbnb Support. Amenities & Services: • Any amenities or services beyond those listed are subject to availability and may be chargeable. • Please wash utensils used during your stay. Extra cleaning charges apply if the kitchen is left unclean. • Free Cleaning services only includes sweeping and mopping, and happens once in 2 days. • Fresh towels and linens are provided at check-in. For longer stays, they will be replaced after every 4 nights. • For long stays, daily cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 100 per day if required. • For long stays (7+ nights), electricity charges of Rs 150 per day will be applicable from the 8th day • Standard checkin is after 12PM , checkout is before 10:00 AM. Late checkin /checkout is subject to availability and chargeable @Rs 200 per hour Kitchen & Waste Management We kindly request your cooperation in keeping the kitchen clean and organised during your stay: • Waste Disposal: Please dispose of dry waste (plastic, paper, packaging) in the designated dry waste dustbin, and food/kitchen waste in the kitchen waste dustbin provided. • Before Checkout: Before leaving, we request that all waste is placed in the appropriate designated dustbins, making it easy for our helper to dispose off properly. • Cutlery & Utensils: Any cutlery, crockery, or utensils used during your stay should be washed after use. • Organisation: We appreciate guests keeping items in their designated areas, as this helps us maintain the home for a comfortable experience for all. Identification Requirement: A valid government-issued ID(Aadhar/Pan/Voter ID) must be shared by the guest before arrival, as per standard security and verification norms.
