Charming farmhouse for peace and comfort

Welcome to our lovingly preserved old farmhouse in idyllic Steingaden, just a few minutes' walk from the lake. This house is our private vacation home, where we ourselves spend our free time as often as possible and enjoy nature. But since we can't always be here, we are happy to share this special piece of land with guests. Of course, when you stay with us, we are not on site. The space The house is captivating with its historical building structure, visible wooden beams and a warm, cozy atmosphere. It offers everything you need for a relaxing stay – whether as a couple, family or small group. The property consists of the main house and a very large former stable, which still bears witness to the original Demeter farm and gives the property its rural character. Overall, the house has 4 very cozy double rooms that invite you to dream and relax. There are 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub – ideal for warming up comfortably after a long walk or a day in the mountains. The kitchen: It is the heart of the house. We have completely reinstalled and fully equipped it, so you don't miss anything when cooking. The living room: To consciously switch off from everyday life, there is no classic TV. Instead, a projector is available to you for cozy movie evenings with home theater flair. (Different from what is shown in the pictures) Garden & outdoor area: In front of the house is a small, fenced garden area that is ideal for children or dogs. In addition, the large grounds surrounding the property invite you to relax outdoors. A special highlight is the private Kneipp facility in the garden – perfect for a refreshment after a day in the mountains. Other things to note The house can also be booked for 2 people. In this case, only the lower floor is available, which is ideal for a cozy and quiet stay for two.
