Located 45 minutes from Troyes, 15 minutes from Colombey-Les-Deux-Eglises, in the middle of the Great Lakes of Champagne (20 minutes from Lac du Der / 15 minutes from Lac de la Forêt d 'Orient) and close to the Champagne vineyard. This old mill of the 17th century has been restored as a charming guest house in the heart of a village of character "green resort 3 flowers". Upon arrival, a visit will be offered to tell you the unusual history of this mill where the resurgence flows since the dawn of time. The space Two atmospheres are proposed to you: - Near a fireplace in the old mill kitchen (where a fridge is available) - On the terrace near the pool Breakfast is served in the main hall of the mill where the millstones are still to be found. In summer they take place on the terrace near the pool. Aperitif boards can be ordered with or without a bottle of Champagne (to be pre-ordered at the time of your reservation). You will also find local products in the Mill: Champagne, Honey, Jams, Products of the Tuilerie.... Guest access Access to the pool terrace and relaxation room. Other things to note LE MOULIN Built in 1276, belonging to the Comte de Champagne, rebuilt in 1627 by the Duke of Vendôme, son of the Bâtard of King Henri IV and Gabrielle d 'Destrée, refurbished in 1768 by Nicolas Desmarets. The building includes the grinding wheel bedroom and under the engine room where are the wheels and the drive tree and in which is the blutoir (sieve used to separate the flour from the semolina and sounds)
