Your welcome hamper will delight and all that’s left is to relax and enjoy your stay. The space Overview: Silver Birches Lux is a fully renovated Victorian era home. The renovation includes Black Butt Timber hardwood flooring, new carpets and a deluxe hallway, lighting and kitchen you will adore. Travelling between Melbourne and Adelaide or elsewhere, we offer single nights in an extremely comfortable and clean home, especially the beds for you to relax and rejuvenate. We have currently blocked out dates between 18/12/26-5/1/27 as we will be away and unable to clean the property however if you are looking to stay for a minimum 5 nights during this time frame (18/12/26-5/1/27) please message me and I will unblock dates for you to book the property. Kitchen: The kitchen boasts European appliances (900 mm cooktop, oven & range hood), air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and wine nook. There is an inside sit up bench for 4, inside table for 6 and outdoor area directly off the dining room with another table for 6. Welcome Hamper: We love hosting and you will receive a small welcome hamper as a token of our appreciation for selecting our accommodation. The hamper is sourced locally where we can. Outdoor Area: Our outdoor area exudes lux, with a large deck and cantilever umbrella covering a table for 6, seperate sit up bar & BBQ area, lawn for games or just a place to relax. The rear yard is fully enclosed by fencing for your fur babies. Bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms extend from the elegant hallway with the configuration of one king size or two long single beds (bedroom 1) a double bed (bedroom 2) and a queen size bed (bedroom 3). All the beds are superior comfort with excellent linen. We have a high chair and infant port a cot available should you require this, please let us know when booking. Bathroom / laundry: The bathroom and laundry is spacious with shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hairdryer/ first aid kit supplied. Fun times: We have a selection of jigsaws / board games and card games for you to enjoy. Living Area: There is a deluxe 2 and 3 seater lounge with wool rug, large 65 inch TV, surround sound and ambient log fire. Pets: We are a pet friendly premises. You are welcome to bring your beloved family member. We have pet towels available if you require them and a treat awaits you. Please acknowledge your pet when booking so we can forward you extra relevant information. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, except the garage which will be locked.
