The newly renovated 23 sqm apartment has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. The modern shower room is compact and functional; towels and bed linens are of course provided. In the practical kitchenette you will find a stove, fridge, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Dishes, cutlery and pots are part of the basic equipment. Ideal for solo travelers or couples who appreciate a clean and centrally located home. The space The apartment is located in the back of the courtyard. There are 2 apartments here (upstairs and downstairs) with their own entrances. The older building has been completely renovated from the inside. The outdoor area will be renewed during the year (when vacant). Our house is 100% smoke-free. If you need to smoke, please do so outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Thanks for your understanding! Guest access The apartments are located in the rear courtyard area with the anthracite front door. The key safes are located in the passage behind the front door, to the right of the large garage door.
