Single room in a family home.

A single room on the first floor of our family home. We have a separate listing for a downstairs double room. The room is suitable for one person only. Strictly non smoking (or vaping) and no pets. The space Your bedroom is on the first floor. The room is carpeted, with a single bed, chair, TV (no terrestrial aerial), tea/coffee making facilities and a set of drawers for your use. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The room has no interior lock as it is simply part of our home, however, we do not enter your room except on stays of longer than a week where we will refresh the room for you. Please note, whilst our home is pretty clean and tidy, you are not coming to stay at a five star hotel. Guest access You have access to the bedroom, the dining and area and kitchen where you can prepare light meals. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a single toilet downstairs. During your stay It is a busy family home, however on the whole it is pretty quiet (with the exception of the dogs) as we lead busy lives. Other things to note We have two dogs (about 2 years old each) who like to make themselves known. They are very friendly but don't appear it when they hear you!
