This amazing coastal property offers you the unique experience of having the ocean as your backyard. Perfectly designed to accommodate and entertain up to eight guests aged 25+. Our fabulous outdoor and indoor spaces make it an unforgettable retreat that truly needs to be seen to be appreciated. The space Your Home Away from Home Our three beautifully furnished bedrooms are crafted for ultimate comfort: • Main Bedroom (Ground Floor): Enjoy direct access to the patio area with uninterrupted ocean views. • Second Bedroom (Ground Floor): Conveniently located near the downstairs bathroom equipped with a shower. • Third Bedroom (First Floor): Features a bathroom with a luxurious bath. Additionally, there's a spacious loft area with a comfortable double-sized sleeper couch. Our amenities include two queen-sized beds on the ground floor and one double bed on the first floor. Modern Comforts Stay connected with 24-hour high-speed internet access, smart TV, and hair dryers in every room, etc. Relaxation & Entertainment Enjoy two bright informal lounges and a large open-plan kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences. Dine in style in our two spacious dining areas—all offering spectacular views. Unwind on the sofas with a good book or catch up on your favorite shows via satellite TV. In the evenings, relish the warmth of two indoor fireplaces or gather around our outdoor firepit. A gas barbeque awaits alongside our magnificently illuminated large outdoor seating area. Other things to note Smiley's Cottage is directly at the waterfront; supervision is required for young children due to steep cliffs and wild landscape surroundings. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Whilst we generally host guests aged 25 yrs+ we also accommodate families with younger kids and teenagers at our own discretion.
