The Lade - self-contained annex

The Lade is a perfect base for exploring the central belt of Scotland. We're less than an hour's drive from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, Perth and Loch lomond. Plus beautiful walks right on your doorstep: the Colzium Estate is accessible from the garden; Banton Loch is a short walk away; climb Tam Tain or Croy Hill. Enjoy food nearby at The Boathouse or Urban Grind. The space The Lade is a self contained annex within our family home. As you enter, you'll see a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area. Through the internal door there is a good sized bedroom with a double bed and ensuite shower room. Guest access The Lade is accessed by walking to the rear of the house. The path is lit by motion activated lights. Go through the gate and your entrance door is just after the living room window. The annex doesn't have a washing machine but you are welcome to use ours- just drop us a message to arrange. Other things to note We will leave the middle space on our driveway for your use during your stay. Smoking is not permitted in the building. When you are leaving, no need to strip the bed or do anything with the rubbish, just leave the key on the table and the door unlocked. Registration Details 651011_NL00267F
