Other things to note House Rules To ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable stay and to respect our neighbours, we kindly ask that you review and follow the house rules below. **Check-In & Check-Out** Check-in: From 2:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. **Registered Guests Only** Only guests included on the reservation may stay at the property. Additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval. Visitors must be approved by the host prior to arrival. **No Parties or Events** Strictly no parties, events, functions or gatherings. The property is located in a residential area surrounded by permanent neighbours. Excessive noise, anti-social behaviour or breaches of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. **Quiet Hours** Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Please be respectful of neighbouring properties at all times. **Pool Safety** Children must be supervised at all times around the pool area. No diving, running or unsafe behaviour around the pool. Guests use the pool at their own risk. Please ensure all pool gates remain closed. **Balcony & Outdoor Areas** Please be mindful of noise levels when using outdoor spaces. No amplified music outdoors. BBQ must be cleaned after use. **Sofa Bed** The study sofa bed is only available when requested before arrival. A $100 setup fee applies and includes additional linen, preparation and pack-down after your stay. **Smoking** Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of smoking is found inside. **Pets** Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before arrival. **Parking** Guests may use the double garage and driveway parking. Please do not obstruct neighbouring driveways or park on verges. **Care of the Property** Please treat the home and furnishings with care. Report any accidental damage as soon as possible. Excessive cleaning, damage, missing items or breaches of house rules may incur additional charges. **Security** Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Guests are responsible for the security of their belongings during their stay. **Before Departure** Wash and put away used dishes. Remove rubbish to the bins provided.
