Welcome to our family home located in a beautiful wooded area. Perfect for reunions with family or friends and stays in the countryside: enjoy the garden, the view, the large friendly living space with fireplace and bay window while remaining close to all amenities. Our animal friends are welcome, as long as they respect the accommodation. On-site parking, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, and real spaces to live together. Close to Cerny aerodrome. The space On the ground floor An entrance with storage, an equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle and microwave), a large, friendly, open-plan living area with a bay window and a dining area for 10 people, a double bedroom with a bay window and a balcony, a bathroom and a separate toilet. My rate takes into account the fact that I offer late check-out so that you can enjoy Sunday until 5 PM if you wish. Upstairs 4 bedrooms (from 10 to 17 m2), 1 bathroom with toilet, office space for teleworking. Other areas Partial basement to store your belongings safely Balcony + wooded garden with rocks and fenced Double garage Lots of parking spaces. All-electric installation, heating via heat pump. Nearby Hiking trails right outside the house, Cerny aerodrome and Salis aviation museum, bus stop at the bottom of the house to get to Bouray-sur-Juine train station (RER C), 40 minutes from Paris. Guest access The entire property will be at your disposal, with the exception of the basement and the annex. Other things to note I really enjoy hosting people who share my values: authenticity, generosity, simplicity, and sharing. I put a lot of heart and care into getting the house ready for you. However, we live in the heart of the forest, and despite all my precautions, I can't control falling leaves or airborne pollen :) If cats are okay with you, you will be sharing the space with Charlie. He is very sociable and affectionate. If that's not possible, I'll take it with me :) Parties are not allowed, and I also do not allow additional guests beyond 10 people (even if they do not sleep in the house). I also offer some completely optional little extras: - Rent a car - Train station shuttle - Pick-up of your groceries (Picard and/or Intermarché). I worked in the events industry for ten years (event and wedding planner), so don't hesitate— I can handle anything! :)
