Accommodation in a scenic location on Linderödsåsen

Newly-renovated apartment with new kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful location with lovely surroundings of meadows and forest in the countryside. The space The apartment with 1 and 1/2 half floors is located in one gable of the host's house. As a guest, you have access to the entire apartment – it is completely private and just for you. You have your own private entrance on the gable for a comfortable and secluded stay. Free location with the forest on the doorstep and nice little roads that invite hiking and cycling. 500 meters to a small grocery store and 12 - 15 km to larger grocery stores. 5 km to sport fishing ponds and 10 km to swimming lake with sandy beach and jetty. In Hörby, 15 km away, there are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Skåne Zoo is 26 km away. 34 km to Åhus/Yngsjö with lovely sandy beaches and sea bathing. 1300 meters to bus stop with connection Kristianstad - Malmö. Malmö 50 minutes and Lund 35 minutes away by car. Guest access The apartment consists of bedroom 1 with 2 single beds (80 cm wide that can be put together) on the first floor and bedroom 2 on the second floor with a double bed (180 cm). There is also a crib here. Pillow and duvets are available. Toilet with shower, hand soap and hand towel are provided. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove with oven and 4 hotplates, fridge/freezer. Cooking oil, salt, pepper, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets and kitchen towel are included. Spacious living room with dining area (high chair available) and large corner sofa and TV as well as exit to the furnished terrace where there is access to a charcoal grill. Guests clean up after themselves and must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels. Cleaning and sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels can be purchased; see Other information. Other things to note In summer, we often live in our cottage and are only at home on the farm for lawn mowing and gardening, etc. There are two social cats that follow us. No other animals allowed in the apartment. It's possible to rent sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bath towels for SEK 100/person. Ordered directly by the host in connection with the booking.
