Double Room in Witney on the edge of the Cotswolds

Located a ten min walk from Witney town, with parking and in a quiet neighbourhood. A convenience store, and two take-aways are on the doorstep. Supermarkets are also close by. You have the choice of several pubs and cafes or you can heat up your take-away in the microwave. I don't offer breakfast but tea and coffee is availble in your room. The space The first floor room as hall you need for a comfortable short stay. You will be sharing the bathroom with me; and there is an additional toilet on the ground floor. Provided in the room: - clothes ladder and hangers - tea and coffee-making facilities - microwave - crockery and cutlery - tray - internet TV (please use your own login details for BBC iPlayer) - work desk and two chairs - hairdryer - books You are welcome to eat in your room and additional cutlery/crockery and wine glasses and cafetierre (please bring your fresh coffee) are available on request. The kitchen, lounge and dining room are not available with this booking. Please feel free to make use of the courtyard garden. If you find the shared bathroom is occupied, please use the downstairs cloakroom and, of course, if you have any question or need something, do come down and ask. Guest access Free parking is available in the private parking bays in the car park situated close to the house, only a few steps away from the front door (see photos). The house is located a short walk from Witney town but there is a bus route (S1) which passes through the estate; the bustop is about 1 min from the house. There is however, plenty of free parking in Witney and electric car charger points in a nearby carpark (Woodford Way) During your stay Feel free to come downstairs if you have a question or need anything. Other things to note I have a lovely enclosed courtyard garden which you are welcome to use and smoke in. The property has a side gate which you may prefer to use to enter the garden.
