The house has a living area of 180 m², spread over two floors, and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The ground floor features a spacious, bright living room with a fireplace, connected to the kitchen and dining area, with access to an outdoor terrace. There is also a guest toilet, wardrobe, laundry room, and additional storage spaces. Special attention has been given to the wellness area with a sauna and exercise room, allowing for relaxation in the privacy of one’s own home. On the upper floor there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, designed as calm and warm spaces for rest and relaxation.
