With its thoughtful layout, bright atmosphere, and cozy décor, it is ideal for couples, small families, or business travelers seeking comfort and tranquility. Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by a spacious hallway that immediately creates a welcoming feeling. There is plenty of space to hang jackets, neatly store shoes under a small bench, and place keys on the key board. A mirror completes the functional entry area. To the right of the hallway is the heart of the apartment: the large, open living area. A big Smart TV and a comfortable sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) stand out—perfect for relaxing during the day and providing additional sleeping space at night. To the left of the entrance is the modern, fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Opposite the kitchen, behind the sofa bed, is the dining area with a table for up to four people—ideal for shared meals or cozy game nights. A comfortable armchair with a floor lamp invites quiet moments with a book or a cup of coffee. From the living area, you also have access to the cozy balcony, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Straight ahead from the hallway is the stylishly furnished bedroom, featuring a large king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) for restful sleep and a wardrobe with ample storage for your clothes. To the left of the hallway is the bright and spacious bathroom. It is equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower cabin, providing maximum comfort. A skylight brings in plenty of natural light, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, a hairdryer, washing machine, and large mirror are available—ideal for longer stays.
