Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the very centre of Anse, the house offers a peaceful setting just steps from local shops, essential services, and the primary school. 🛋️ Ground Floor As you enter, you’ll discover a bright and spacious 55 m² (590 sq ft) open-plan living area, designed for comfort and togetherness, including: * Comfortable living room with the main remote-working area * Welcoming dining area * Fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for both short and extended stays * Two separate desk areas, allowing up to three people to work comfortably at the same time * Laundry room with a recent washing machine * Separate toilet Large windows and numerous light sources create a bright and pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. 🛏️ Upstairs * Three comfortable bedrooms, ideal for families and business travellers * Large bathroom featuring: * Bathtub * Separate shower * Double vanity * Second toilet 🚗 Parking * You may stop directly in front of the house for loading and unloading. * Numerous public parking spaces are available within a short walk (including around Saint Peter’s Church). * Parking is free for up to 5 hours from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Please note: do not park in front of Saint Peter’s Church on Thursday evenings, as the weekly market takes place on Friday mornings. * Parking is free at night, on Sundays, and on public holidays. * For stays longer than 3 months, permanent free parking is available with a permit issued by the Town Hall of Anse. 🚆 Transport * Anse TER train station is approximately 600 metres (0.4 miles) away and can easily be reached on foot, with convenient connections to Lyon and surrounding areas. ℹ️ Additional Information * Secure storage for two bicycles * Small garden with fresh mint that guests are welcome to enjoy * Although the house does not have a landscaped outdoor area, it offers generous indoor living space and exceptional peace and quiet despite its central location. 🏡 Accommodation The living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. 🛏️ Bed linen and towels are provided. 🧼 Professional cleaning is included before your arrival. ⚠️ The property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. 📌 House Rules * The person who made the reservation must be present during the stay. * The number of guests must match the reservation. * No parties or excessive noise. * Strictly non-smoking property. * Please leave the house in a normal condition upon departure (washed dishes and general tidiness). Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required. * Pets are not allowed. * Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. * The use of high-power personal electrical appliances (such as portable air conditioners, electric space heaters, cryptocurrency mining equipment, or similar devices) is prohibited without the owner’s prior approval. Any unusually high electricity consumption resulting from unauthorized equipment may incur an additional charge. Other things to note Access to the Property To access the house, you may briefly drive against the one-way street for approximately 10 metres from 19–21 Rue du 3 Septembre 1944 (next to the shoe repair shop). Please make sure that no vehicle is approaching from the opposite direction before entering.
