The mezzanine has two comfortable bedrooms that preserve everyone's privacy, while the generous spaces allow you to share real moments of conviviality with family or friends. 🚲 Secure garage & Accueil Vélo (Bike-Friendly) Under the loft, a large secure garage is available for parking your car, motorcycles or trailer. Cyclists benefit from a dedicated space with racks that can accommodate up to 15 bikes, charging points for e-bikes, a repair stand, and basic tools. This bike space is shared with the apartment next door while offering a comfortable capacity. ❄️ Comfort & amenities The loft features three reversible air conditioners for optimal comfort all year round, a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals independently. Guest access Total autonomy and secure access: • Entrance to the Loft: You have exclusive use of the entire loft and its mezzanine. The entrance is independent to guarantee you total privacy. • Garage & Mobility (Shared Space): You have access to the large 65 m² garage located on the ground floor. This space is dedicated to parking your bicycles and recharging your e-bikes. • Note: This bicycle storage space is the only place shared with guests in the next apartment. Private Parking (Garage): You have the privilege of being able to park a vehicle inside the 65 m² secure garage. • Outdoor Parking: If you are coming with multiple vehicles, plenty of parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
