Grateful Earth Farm Guest House is on a third generation farm which has the original Arts and Crafts home and barn. Peru, Indiana, is know for its Cole Porter Festival and Circus City Festival as well as Grissom Air Force Base and Miami County Museums. We are a mile from the entrance of the Nickel Plate Bicycle Trail that runs north 20 miles to Rochester and south 20 miles to Kokomo. The space The Guest House is located about an hour and a half from Indianapolis to the south and about an hour and a half from South Bend and Notre Dame to the north. Private parking, spacious gated yard. Barn area to store bicycles. No smoking and no pets. Guest access Guests may use the fenced in yard behind the guest house, the deck and yard games that are available in box under the exterior staircase. Other things to note The list price of our rental includes 7% Indiana State Tax and 5% Miami Innkeepers Tax. The rental fee alone is $110.00.
