On the ground floor, you will also enjoy a private living room. Bikes and motorcycles can be stored in a closed workshop. In a quiet setting, you will enjoy the garden and the very nice terrace. Very close to Lassay les Châteaux, 20 km from Bagnoles de l 'Orne, 15 min. from Mayenne, 35 min. from Gare de Laval. Breakfasts on request at extra cost. The space It is a farmhouse-style home located in a quiet area near the village. This one has a tobacco bar and a bakery that offers pizzas to order and burgers from Friday to Sunday. (Summer period to be checked) The bedroom is bright and comfortable (double bed and BZ sofa bed upstairs) The small living room welcomes you for breakfast and is perfect for remote work (very good Wi-Fi connection) or relaxing. We live in the house, but your peace and quiet are guaranteed. The garden is freely accessible and not overlooked. Guest access The bedroom is private as well as the small living room on the ground floor. Access to the garden and terrace is free. Possibility to park a motorhome. Possibility of storing and securing bicycles and/or motorcycles. During your stay I am available anytime and am very available. Other things to note For some people with allergies, we would like to inform you that we have a Border Collie dog (very friendly) and a friendly cat. The village bakery/grocery store is open even on Sundays, except on Wednesday afternoons and Thursdays. It offers pizzas and burgers to order; check during the summer period. For everyday shopping, you will also find 4.5 km away in Lassay-les-Châteaux: A small supermarket open until 8:00 PM and until 1:00 PM on Sundays.
