In addition to the bedroom and sitting area, guests will have access to their own private bathroom directly next to the bedroom, as well as a private porch surrounded by trees and flowers. Guests appreciate our fast and dependable WiFi service, as well as complimentary snacks, tea and coffee, hot water kettle, microwave and mini-fridge. This is an incredible opportunity to stay in historic Whittier, one of central Boulder's most enchanting and desirable neighborhoods. Our lovingly restored and expanded Victorian is on a quiet street, just a few blocks from awesome parks, pools, hiking & biking trails, and all the great shops & cafes of famous Pearl Street. Whole Foods, Target, and the 29th Street Mall are simply minutes away by bike or car. Our home happens to be located within walking distance of some of Boulder's best venues for shopping, eating and drinking. During your stay We are always available via telephone or email, as much or as little as you would like. Other things to note We are a family with two teens. We are active and away frequently, but love to interact with our guests as well. This property is personally managed with love and care, which we like to extend to all of our visitors. In return, we expect our guests to respect that it is a family home and our primary residence.
