Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the ground floor only, including the bedrooms, swimming pool, kitchen, dining area, common toilet, outdoor shower, and front yard. Other areas of the property are not accessible due to ongoing construction. This ensures a private and comfortable stay with all essential amenities for families, groups, and events. Due to this, our rates are heavily discounted, offering great value for families, groups, day tours, and corporate team-building stays. 📌 Important Property Details The bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 28 adults. Guest capacity may be increased to a maximum of 40 adults using existing beddings and 2 single uratex foams on the floor only, should guests choose to do so. The property includes a fully equipped kitchen complete with cooking utensils, dining wares, and kitchen essentials, suitable for group meals and extended stays. The private swimming pool features a slide, see-through glass design, and a shallow area for kids, making it safe and enjoyable for both adults and children. 📌 Security Deposit Policy A ₱5,000 security deposit is required upon check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to inspection. Any damages, breakages, or missing items caused during the stay will be deducted from the deposit accordingly. 📌 Late Check-out A late check-out is subject to availability, as we may have incoming guests or scheduled cleaning on the same day. If no booking is scheduled after your stay, we may be able to allow a late check-out until 1pm. Beyond 1pm, there will be a fee of P1,200/hr. 🏡 HOUSE RULES 1️⃣ No Smoking & Momma Policy Smoking and spitting of momma (betel nut) are strictly prohibited inside the rooms and indoor areas. Spitting on floors, walls, pool area, sinks, plants or anywhere within the property is not allowed. If it is found that smoking of cigarette has occurred inside the rooms, the entire security deposit will be forfeitted, same applies if spitting of momma has occured anywhere in the property. This will be used for replacing items and cleaning. Thank you for your understanding. 2️⃣ Quiet Time Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Kindly be respectful of neighbors and other guests. 3️⃣ Pool & Room Cleanliness Guests must wash off sand before entering the swimming pool and rooms to help maintain cleanliness and prevent damage. 4️⃣ Proper Waste Disposal Kindly dispose of all trash in the bins provided. Help us keep the property clean and orderly. 5️⃣ Damages & Breakages Any broken, damaged, or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.
