Exterior with large terrace , barbecue and summer dining under a large pergola. Guest access Private area of the gated owner. The house is exclusively for guests. It has 3 floors, but the third floor (1 room and 1 toilet) is not included in the rental: it will be closed and sealed for reasons of hygiene and privacy. There will be no one in the house during your stay and no person will access that area. The rest of the house and all advertised facilities will be available for your use. Other things to note The house has an alarm for the safety of both guests and the property . There are exterior security cameras that are activated when the alarm goes off . The interiors are disabled during the stay.
