At present, there are no other residents or tenants in the building: access to the common areas (entrance lounge and stairs) is reserved exclusively for guests of Palazzo Troisi Historic Apartment, as well as staff and housekeeping personnel, ensuring privacy, comfort and a peaceful stay. Other things to note Guests are kindly reminded that parking in Piazza Lettieri on Wednesday evenings is strictly prohibited, as the weekly market is set up on Thursday morning. Vehicles left in the square may be subject to fines or towing. Please use the alternative parking "Parcheggio Ponte Trave" located opposite Piazza Lettieri during Wednesday night.
