Smart TVs in each bedroom. Street parking. No parties. No Pets/children. No Hair dye/red wine/candles. No smoking/drug use. No consecutive overnight guest. Lost Key is $10. Use garbage disposal and toilets with care. Trash day is Wednesday Please, Respect others and respect my home. The space Nice neighborhood. Nice quiet home. Not suitable for work from home jobs.
