Smart TVs in each bedroom. Street parking. No parties. No Pets/children. No Hair dye/red wine/candles. No smoking/drug use. No consecutive overnight guest. Lost Key is $10. Use garbage disposal and toilets with care. Trash day is Wednesday Please, Respect others and respect my home. The space Nice neighborhood. Nice quiet home. Not suitable for work from home jobs. Please bring in any packages on porch and leave by front door. Guest access All areas that aren't marked private are available for use During your stay Text or Call.
