Cosy room, 7 mins train to Edinburgh, with bath

Quiet room in a detached house, just outside of Edinburgh. Musselburgh is a lovely seaside town in East Lothian, my house is a 15 minute walk from the train station and the train will get you into the centre of Edinburgh in 7 minutes! Small double bed, desk/working area and your own private bathroom (with bath). Stunning kitchen and large garden for those warm summer days. Please be aware this is my home and you will share the space with me! The space Your private room can fit up to 2 people, which includes a small double / queen sized bed and a working area. Your private bathroom (it will never be used by anyone else during your stay) includes a bath, bath tray, shower and toiletries will be provided. I live in the home, this is a shared property and you do not get the full property to yourself. The garden has outdoor furniture for you to sit on and feel free to take a blanket from inside and lay on the grass if you'd like to sunbathe. Space for one car (other than mine) on my driveway but there is a car park behind my garden for extra cars as well. Please be aware this is a new build development that is not yet finished! Guest access You will have access to the following rooms: Bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen Off-limit rooms: my bedroom and bathroom. Please be aware this is my home and you will share the space with me. During your stay I’m always available to help, whether in person, through the Airbnb app, or by phone if needed. I tailor my level of interaction to whatever my guests prefer, however, I work in the office 9am-5pm so will be away from the proper during those hours Monday - Friday normally. Due to this, I try to make the stay as self service as possible. Other things to note My house is close to Musselburgh Golf Club, Musselburgh Racecourse and the train into Edinburgh is 7 minutes. The new build estate is in final stages of construction (1 more year to go) so you may notice construction when walking from the train station. This has no impact on my life or home so it shouldn't for your stay either!
